Our goal at Quality of Life is to provide a safe learning environment where people can share their thoughts and feelings.
In the past many called our class anger management. We prefer to call it emotional balance. With the daily stresses of life no one can be balanced and happy all the time. This course will offer ideas and practical tools that will help you to strive for balance which will enhance the quality of your life.
Our class will help you become more aware and better understand your life patterns. In many cases we have negative patterns, which are actually behaviors, that are destructive. Starting with awareness of these patterns they can be addressed and often changed which will ultimately alter the quality of your life.

There have been over 1500 people who have attended our course since 1994. At the conclusion of the class paricipants fill out an evaluation. We have never had a negative assessment. Every participant has shared that the class was worth the effort. In several cases we've encountered students years after the class and they've shared that the class was life changing.
Our approach is to help participants figure out answers for themselves. Instructors are low key with definitely a sense of humor despite the seriousness of the topic. We are not dogmatic and we do not lecture. We prefer to have students teach each other. We believe that if anyone is speaking for over 5 minutes they are talking too long. That includes the instructors.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
